Since 2014 Andrew has worked as a freelancer focused on CRE, with clients ranging from boutique real estate developers, small private equity firms, a real estate consulting firm focused on public agency transactions, a large national property/asset management firm, to an EB-5 Capital broker dealer, where hes done financial modeling, acquisition underwriting, investment pitch deck creation, and waterfall modeling.
He worked at Marcus and Millichap (acquisitions/asset management, 6 years), RSG Inc. (Real Estate Consultant to Cities, 3 years), Wesco Homes and K.Hovnanian Homes (Planning, Entitlements, 2 years), and freelancer for 3 years. He has an MBA from UC Berkeley, an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a B. Arch in Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona.
The reason he is an ideal consultant, is that he works closely and iteratively with the client to ensure that the work delivered is not only of the highest quality, but is also analyzed and thought all the way through.
